Joycelyn is the CEO of AVC a leading full-service multicultural marketing agency and the only Filipina-owned firm. Founded in 2003, AVC was acquired by Joycelyn in 2019, and the agency has rapidly grown across North America with clients such as Arbor Memorial, BMO Financial, Canon, DIAGEO Canada, Edward Jones, City of Brampton, Government of Ontario, Cadillac Faireview and Western Union. 

As founder, Joycelyn is focused on building solutions to reach and engage diverse and multicultural audiences around the world. Her experience in product marketing, development and go-to-market strategy sit at the foundation of our solutions, powering the heart of our mission. Currently seeking investors as part of SAFE Pre-Seed Round. 

Joycelyn's company was named one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranked by the Globe and Mail. It aims to bring the accomplishments of innovative and ranks companies on 3-year revenue. After 10+ years of being a sought after guest speaker a new book is in the works! Joycelyn draws from her inspiration and content as presented at conferences, webinars and podcasts including Globe and Mail Top Growth Summit 2023, the BCAMA, IAB Canada, Sponsorship Marketing Canada, Digital Marketing for Financial Services to name a few. 

In 2022, Joycelyn was named one of the Most Influential Filipinas in the World, alongside notable Toronto based Filipino trailblazers, Honourable Minister Rechie Valdez, Dr. Eileen De Villa, and Anna Patrizio. Joycelyn also serves as Secretary and Member of the Board to POCAM  (People of Colour in Advertising and Marketing).
